We partner with excellent manufacturers to produce meticulously crafted, ethically sourced products designed for longevity. However, please note that our lifetime color warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (such as scratches or bent rings), improper use or storage of the product, or any alterations made by a third party not affiliated with PERLVOYA.

Important:- We do not recommend having our products processed by external jewelers, as this may result in the possibility of refunds or replacements (if defects arise due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.
- Please note that, in our continuous effort to improve, we may request defective products to be returned to us for inspection and quality assessment.
- Promotional products may not be covered under our warranty policy.

- Return Window: You have 30 days from receiving your items to make a return if they don't meet your expectations.
- Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping. This expense will need to be covered by the customer. The specific cost of return shipping depends on the courier service you choose. For the security of your return, we suggest using a trackable shipping method.
- Item Condition: For a return to be accepted, items must be in their original, unused condition. This includes all original packaging and any gifts that accompanied your purchase. We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Return Amount: The actual amount you pay when purchasing a product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
