We aim to make your experience with PERLVOYA as delightful as possible, even if that means you need to return something. Here's everything you need to know about our return policy:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from receiving your items to make a return if they don't meet your expectations.
- Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping. This expense will need to be covered by the customer. The specific cost of return shipping depends on the courier service you choose. For the security of your return, we suggest using a trackable shipping method.
- Item Condition: For a return to be accepted, items must be in their original, unused condition. This includes all original packaging and any gifts that accompanied your purchase. We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Return Amount: The actual amount you pay when purchasing a product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We offer easy returns for both customers with and without an account:
- To start your online return, please click the following link and initiate a return: Return Window
- Log in to your new temporary account
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
Once your return request is approved, you'll receive further instructions via email on how to proceed, including where to send your return package.

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days from the receipt of your returned product by us.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to return the item following our return policy. You can then place a new order for the item or size you prefer.
